The fairytale begins, in the center of Copenhagen, on the 4th floor with a view of the historic church, Marmorkirken. In the home of the designer Celine and CEO Jonas. Every garment is carefully cut, pressed and sewn - without rush, except when Jones is pushing Celine to work a bit faster, then we see blood, sweat and tears. Well. When all the children are sewn and packed, they’re shopped out to the rightful owners.

Timeline and processing time:

Good things take time. In this case, we wrap ourselves with bubble wrap. We don’t want to disappoint anyone. The processing time for all orders are 3 weeks. We strive to finish the orders before the 3 weeks processing time, but it’s better to give a positive delivery time experience than delivering too late.

Shipping carriers, delivery times and other boring details.

It’s a work in progress, all these delivery details. We still don’t know everything yet - but we strive to find the best carrier and delivery times for everyone’s orders. We look for the best pricing and service. For now we’ll use (depending on location):

• GLS – estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

• PostNord – estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
  

• DHL Express – estimated delivery within 2–4 business days
  
  

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.

Tracking & insurance

Since we do expensive and extremely time consuming items, we prioritize insurance on all orders. We ofc. will also provide everyone with a tracking number, to follow the garment as it makes its way to you.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the parcel or its contents appear damaged, this must be reported to the courier immediately— or no later than 48 hours after delivery —so the issue can be properly documented.

While each order is packed with great care, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit.
