Welcome to Celinenordal.com.

Celinenordal.com is operated from Denmark. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Celinenordal. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. The Terms & Conditions applicable to your purchase are those accepted at checkout.

 

1. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

 

2. Website availability

Celinenordal.com is generally accessible 24 hours a day. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

3. Products & visual representation

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be exact.

All garments are handmade. Minor variations in color, finish, or detail may occur and are considered part of the garment’s character and craftsmanship rather than defects.

 

4. Product categories

Celinenordal.com offers two types of products:

4.1 Made-to-order & custom-made items

Most garments are produced on a made-to-order or custom-made basis. These items are created specifically for you after purchase.

By placing an order for a made-to-order or custom-made item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production begins specifically for your order

  • The order cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun

  • The item is exempt from standard return and withdrawal rights, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws

Whether a product is made-to-order or custom-made will always be clearly stated on the product page.

 

4.2 Ready-to-wear items

Ready-to-wear items are garments that are already produced and available for immediate dispatch.

These items may be returned in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

 

5. Prices, VAT & customs

All prices are listed in the selected currency and include Danish VAT for orders shipped within the European Union.

For orders shipped outside the EU, prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused, the customer remains responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees

These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

6. Currency & payment

Prices may be displayed in DKK, EUR, or USD. The currency selected at checkout applies to your order.

Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when the order is dispatched.

Refund amounts may vary due to currency exchange rates or fees applied by payment providers. Celinenordal.com is not responsible for such differences.

 

7. Order accuracy & availability

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

In the event of pricing errors, product description errors, or availability issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

8. Shipping & delivery

All orders are shipped from Denmark using selected carriers. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon arrival. Any visible damage must be reported to the courier immediately—or no later than 48 hours after delivery.

 

9. Right of withdrawal & returns

9.1 Made-to-order & custom-made items

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Made-to-order and custom-made items are therefore not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.

 

9.2 Ready-to-wear items

We accept returns on ready-to-wear items from customers worldwide.

Conditions for returns:

  • Return must be notified within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be returned within 14 days from notification

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • Original packaging and tags must remain attached

Any signs of wear, makeup, odor, hair products, damage, or alteration may result in the return being declined.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

 

10. Complaints & defects

All goods are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, providing a 24-month right to complain.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering a defect. Defects visible upon delivery must be reported within 72 hours.

If a complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide an appropriate solution.

 

11. Repairs & aftercare

We offer repair services for garments damaged over time. Repairs are assessed individually and may be subject to a fee.

12. Gift cards

Gift cards are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. After this period, gift cards are non-refundable.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

 

13. Intellectual property

All content on Celinenordal.com is the property of Celinenordal and protected by Danish and international copyright laws.

Content may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

 

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.

 

15. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
