A jacket designed during Celine's graduate exam.

Inspired by the old circus.

In the history of the circus and its costumes, we see a lot of references to the military hussar jackets. Handmade wonders, made to last seasons, made to be fixed if broken. A piece that is specially designed to be worn for ages.

The jacket was designed, from the idea of everyday life in Copenhagen. Grey weather, stressfull days and biking. The dream was, to make a piece of clothing that would bring happiness. A smile from both the owner, but also from people crossing by. A jacket that would live in wardrobes for years - something that you'd take extra care of. And repair if ever broken.

This jacket is hand sewn by Celine in her Copenhagen home. Every front piece detail, is hand stitched with thread and needle. Every curve is made with precision and love. And probably half of the ribbons has been sewed on two times, to sit just right.

The jacket is made from velvet, imported from the Netherlands. A cotton velvet, to secure wearability, structure and straight lines. The feathers, buttons - and trim in general, is bought in Celines favorite store in Copenhagen.

The jacket comes in a dark navy and a dark purple. 

Delivery time on the jackets is up to 3 weeks + shipping, since it's being handmade. It usually takes shorter time, but we'd like to surprise, rather than disappoint.
